Foreign Exchange Transactions Act — Article 24 (Permission by Electronic Documents)

외국환거래법 제24조

(1) The Minister of Economy and Finance may grant permission and authorization or give notices or notification under this Act by means of electronic documents (including presentation of data by means of computer networks or electronic data processing systems; hereafter in this Article the same shall apply), as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

(2) The Minister of Economy and Finance may order a foreign exchange agency, etc., other parties to transactions or interested parties to whom this Act applies to file a report, an application or statement or to notify and submit information, by means of electronic documents, if it is deemed necessary for securing effectiveness of this Act.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jan. 30, 2009]
