(1) If any person closely related to the performance of duties, such as a client, causes an employee to feel sexual humiliation or disgust, etc. through sexual words, conduct, etc. in the course of performing their duties, and the employee requests resolution of the grievance caused thereby, the employer shall take appropriate measures, such as changing their place of work, reassigning them, or ordering them to take paid leave. <Amended on Nov. 28, 2017; May 26, 2020>
(2) No employer shall dismiss an employee or take any other disadvantageous measure against them on grounds that the employee claims to have suffered damage under paragraph (1) or that the employee has not complied with sexual demands from a client, etc. <Amended on May 26, 2020>[This Article Added on Dec. 21, 2007]
