An alien who fails to depart from the Republic of Korea until the expiration date of the permitted period of stay due to the suspension of departure may depart from the Republic of Korea without following separate procedures, such as an extension of the period of stay, within 10 days from the date of revocation of the suspension of departure from the Republic of Korea.[This Article Wholly Amended on Nov. 1, 2011]
