With respect to the person who has defaulted on the insurance premium, the Minister of Employment and Labor may refuse to pay the unemployment benefits referred to in this Chapter, as prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.[This Article Added on Jul. 21, 2011]
