(1) Where an electronic payment settlement agent enters into an electronic payment settlement agency contract, it shall notify the other party to the contract of the details of the protective measures for funds subject to settlement under Article 25-4.
(2) Matters concerning the details and methods of notification under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Dec. 16, 2025]
