(1) When a customs officer deems it necessary to investigate a customs offender, he or she may request any suspect, witness or a person of reference to attend.
(2) When deemed necessary to investigate a customs crime, a customs officer may issue an order for summoning any suspect, witness or a person of reference.
(3) A subpoena shall be issued to request any suspect, witness, or a person of reference to attend.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
