(1) When an emergency investigation of a flagrant offender is required, a statement summarizing such emergency investigation may substitute for a protocol.
(2) The date and place shall be entered in the summary statement referred to in paragraph (1) and such summary statement shall be signed and sealed by both the investigator and the suspect.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
