Where deemed necessary with respect to foreign goods shipped into a bonded construction work site, the head of a customs office may restrict a place where such foreign goods are stored in the bonded construction work site or require the operator to report the actual use of such foreign goods.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
