Imprisonment with or without labor shall be either for an indefinite term or for a limited term, and the limited term shall be from one month to 30 years: Provided, That imprisonment with or without labor for a limited term may be extended up to 50 years in cases of the aggravation of punishment. <Amended on Apr. 15, 2010>
