Kinds of punishment shall be as follows:

1. Death penalty;

2. Imprisonment with labor;

3. Imprisonment without labor;

4. Deprivation of qualifications;

5. Suspension of qualifications;

6. Fine;

7. Detention;

8. Minor fine;

9. Confiscation.
