(1) A person who habitually commits the crimes specified in the preceding Article shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for at least one year up to ten years.
(2) In regard to paragraph (1), suspension of qualifications for not more than ten years or a fine not exceeding 15 million won may be concurrently imposed. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>
