Criminal Act — Article 362 (null)

형법 제362조

A person who acquires, transports or takes custody of stolen property, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than seven years or by a fine not exceeding 15 million won. <Amended on Dec. 29, 1995>

(2) The preceding paragraph shall apply to a person who aids in the crime of the preceding paragraph.
