Criminal Act — Article 108 (Assaults against Foreign Envoy)

(1) A person who uses violence or intimidation against the envoy of a foreign country sent to the Republic of Korea shall be punished by imprisonment with or without labor for not more than five years.

(2) A person who insults or defames the envoy of a foreign country as referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be punished by imprisonment with or without labor for not more than three years.
