(1) A lease, the period of which has not been determined or period of which has been determined for not more than one year, such period shall be deemed one year; provided, a lessee may assert that such period determined for less than one year is valid.
(2) Even after the lease is terminated, the relationship of lease is deemed to continue to exist until a lessee's security deposit is returned.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jan. 30, 2009]
