Where an auction under the Civil Execution Act has been implemented on a leasehold building, the right to lease shall be terminated when such leasehold building is sold; provided, in cases of the right to lease with perfection for which security deposit has not been paid in full, this shall not apply.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jan. 30, 2009]
