Commercial Act — Article 884 (Limits on Remuneration)

상법 제884조

(1) Unless agreed otherwise, no amount of salvage charge shall exceed the value of the salvaged object.

(2) When a preferential right of priority exists, the amount of the salvage charge shall not exceed the balance after deducting the amount of the claim of a person who has such preferential right.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
