(1) When two or more holders of a bill of lading have requested delivery of cargo, a shipmaster shall deposit the cargo without delay and give a notice to each requester.
(2) The provisions of paragraph (1) shall also apply where another holder of a bill of lading has requested delivery of cargo after a shipmaster partially delivered the cargo under Article 857 (1).[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
