(1) A charterer may request a shipmaster to depart even if all of the cargo is not loaded.
(2) A shipmaster may depart immediately after the lapse of the loading period even if a charterer has not loaded all of the cargo.
(3) In cases falling under paragraphs (1) and (2), a charterer shall pay the full amount of the cargo and expenses incurred because all the cargo has not been loaded and shall also provide reasonable security when it is requested by a shipowner.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
