(1) If freight has been fixed by period, the amount of freight shall be fixed by the period from the date of commencing the loading of cargo until the date of completion of the unloading.
(2) The lay days of a ship in the loading port or on the voyage due to force majeure or the period of repairing a ship on the voyage shall be excluded from the period of paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
