Commercial Act — Article 8 (Representation of Business by Legal Representatives)

상법 제8조

(1) If a legal representative engages in any business on behalf of a minor, a person under limited guardianship, or a person under adult guardianship, registration thereof shall be required. <Amended by Act No. 15755, Sep. 18, 2018>

(2) The effect of any restriction on the rights of representation of a legal representative shall not be asserted against a third party acting in good faith.
