(1) When the co-owners of a ship have resolved to commence a new voyage or to repair the ship extensively, a co-owner who has an objection to such resolution may claim purchase of his/her apportionment at a reasonable price to another co-owner.
(2) A person who intends to claim as referred to in paragraph (1) shall give a notice to other co-owners or to the administrator of a ship within three days from the date of adoption of such resolution, or from the date when he/she receives the notice of the resolution in cases where he/she fails to participate in the resolution.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
