Commercial Act — Article 749 (Scope of Agency Right)

상법 제749조

(1) A shipmaster shall have the right to do all judicial or non-judicial acts necessary for a voyage outside of a port of loading.

(2) A shipmaster shall only have the right to employ or dismiss crew at a port of loading, except in cases specially delegated.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
