Even if a shipmaster is dismissed or his/her term of office expires during a voyage, he/she shall be responsible for performance of his/her duties until another shipmaster can perform his/her duties or such ship arrives at a port of loading.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
