Commercial Act — Article 743 (Transfer of Ownership of Ship)

상법 제743조

Any transfer of the ownership of a ship which may be registered or recorded shall come into force only by an agreement between the relevant parties: Provided, That such transfer shall not be asserted against a third party unless it has been registered and recorded in a certificate of nationality.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
