Commercial Act — Article 726-6 (Exclusion from Application)

상법 제726조의6

(1) The proviso to Article 639 (2) shall not apply to guarantee insurance contracts.

(2) Articles 651, 652, 653 and 659 (1) shall not apply to guarantee insurance contracts, even where there has been fraud, intentional act or gross negligence on the part of the policyholder, unless there are reasons attributable to the insured.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 12397, Mar. 11, 2014]
