Commercial Act — Article 680 (Duty to Prevent Loss)

상법 제680조

(1) Any policyholder and the insured shall endeavor to prevent and mitigate loss: Provided, That an insurer shall be liable to pay the amount of expenses necessary or beneficial for that purpose and the amount of compensation even though they exceed the insured amount. <Amended by Act No. 4470, Dec. 31, 1991>
