Commercial Act — Article 673 (Double Insurance and Waiver of Rights against One Insurer)

상법 제673조

If at least two insurance contracts are effected in accordance with Article 672, a waiver of rights against one insurer does not affect the rights and obligations of the other insurers. <Amended by Act No. 4470, Dec. 31, 1991>
