Where any person provided for in Article 622, 623, 625, 627, 628 or 630 (1) is a corporation, the penalty provisions in this Chapter shall apply to a director, an executive director, or an auditor who has committed the relevant act or to any other member or manager who has managed the affairs of a company.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 10600, Apr. 14, 2011]
