(1) A foreign company that has been registered pursuant to this Act (limited to a foreign company either of the same kind or of the kind which it most closely resembles in the Republic of Korea is a stock company) shall give a public notice, in the Republic of Korea, of balance sheets or its equivalent determined by Presidential Decree without delay after the completion of the procedure, the type of which is same as or similar to the procedure for approval specified in Article 449.
(2) With respect to public notification under paragraph (1), the provisions of Article 289 (3) through (6) shall apply mutatis mutandis.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 10600, Apr. 14, 2011]
