Commercial Act — Article 609 (Grounds for Dissolution)

(1) A limited company shall be dissolved due to any of the following grounds: <Amended by Act No. 6488, Jul. 24, 2001>

1. Grounds set forth in subparagraphs 1, and 4 through 6 of Article 227;

2. A resolution at a general meeting of members.

(2) A resolution mentioned in subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph shall be adopted in accordance with Article 585.
