(1) Directors shall prepare a business report in each period for the settlement of accounts.
(2) The provisions of Article 579 (2) and (3) shall apply mutatis mutandis to business reports mentioned in paragraph (1).[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 3724, Apr. 10, 1984]
