(1) The nullification of incorporation of a company may be asserted only in a lawsuit filed by any of its members, directors or auditors, and the revocation of incorporation of a company may be asserted only in a lawsuit filed by a person having a right to claim revocation, within two years of the date of the incorporation of the company.
(2) The provisions of Articles 184 (2) and 185 through 193 shall apply mutatis mutandis to lawsuits prescribed in the preceding paragraph.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 1212, Dec. 12, 1962]
