Commercial Act — Article 447-2 (Preparation of Business Reports)

상법 제447조의2

(1) In each settlement period, directors shall prepare a business report and shall obtain approval therefor from the board of directors.

(2) A business report shall include important matters concerning business prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 3724, Apr. 10, 1984]
