Commercial Act — Article 37 (Effects of Registration)

상법 제37조

(1) Matters requiring registration shall not be asserted against any third party acting in good faith unless they are registered.

(2) Even after registration is effected, paragraph (1) shall apply if a third party is unaware of such fact for good cause.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 5053, Dec. 29, 1995]
