Commercial Act — Article 287-17 (Adjudication on Forfeiture of Power against Manager, etc.)

(1) With respect to the forfeiture of a manager's power to execute affairs, the provisions of Article 205 shall apply mutatis mutandis.

(2) A lawsuit under paragraph (1) shall be placed under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the principal office of a limited liability company.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 10600, Apr. 14, 2011]
