Commercial Act — Article 168-9 (Transfer of Business by Franchisees)

상법 제168조의9

(1) A franchisee may transfer his/her business to another person with the consent of a franchisor.

(2) A franchisor shall consent to the transfer of business under paragraph (1), except in extenuating circumstances.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 10281, May 14, 2010]
