The preceding six Articles shall apply to a unilateral act, only where, at the time the act was done, the other party either consented to the act being done without proper authority by the person holding himself or herself out to be an agent, or did not contest his or her authority. The same shall apply to a unilateral act which was done, with his consent, to a person without power of representation.
