Civil Act — Article 1075 (Prohibition of revocation of acceptance or renunciation of testamentary gift)

민법 제1075조

(1) An acceptance or a renunciation of a testamentary gift cannot be revoked.

(2) The provisions of Article 1024(2) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the acceptance and renunciation of testamentary gifts.
