(1) If the court has ordered a separation of property on an application as mentioned in Article 1045, the applicant shall, within five days, give public notice to the general obligees in inheritance and to testamentary donees, that an order for a separation of property has been issued and that they are called upon to give a notice of their claims or testamentary gifts within a specified period of not less than two months.
(2) The provisions of Articles 88(2) and (3), and 89 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the cases mentioned in paragraph (1).
