(1) A person who has effected a renunciation of inheritance shall continue to manage the inherited property until the person who becomes inheritor by reason of renunciation is able to undertake the management of the property.
(2) The provisions of Articles 1022 and 1023 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the management of the property mentioned in paragraph (1).
