Act on the Protection, Etc. of Temporary Agency Workers — Article 32 (Managers Responsible for Use of Temporary Agency Services)

(1) In order to enable temporary agency workers to properly provide temporary agency services, each user company shall appoint a manager responsible for the use of temporary agency services.

(2) Matters necessary for the duties, etc. of a manager responsible for the use of temporary agency services shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.[This Article Wholly Amended on Apr. 30, 2019]
