Act on the Protection, Etc. of Temporary Agency Workers — Article 29 (Ledger for Management of Temporary Agency Services)

(1) Each temporary work agency shall prepare and preserve a ledger for management of temporary agency services.

(2) Matters to be recorded on a ledger for management of temporary agency services and the period for preservation thereof under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.[This Article Wholly Amended on Apr. 30, 2019]
