(1) Where a temporary work agency intends to employ a worker as a temporary agency worker, it shall notify such worker in advance of such intention in writing.
(2) Where a temporary work agency intends to temporarily place any of its workers who are not temporary agency workers, it shall notify such worker in advance of such intention in writing and obtain his/her consent.[This Article Wholly Amended on Apr. 30, 2019]
