Where a foreign worker returns to his or her home country upon termination of employment, expiration of the period of stay, or due to any other reason, the employer shall take such necessary measures as the settlement of payables and receivables, including wages, before the foreign worker leaves the Republic of Korea.[This Article Wholly Amended on Oct. 9, 2009]
