Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce — Article 43 (Penalty provisions)

Any of the following persons shall be punished by a fine of up to 10 million won:

1. A person who provides false identification information on a business operator prescribed in Article 13(1);

2. A person who provides false information on the terms of a transaction prescribed in Article 13(2).[This Article Wholly Amended on Feb. 17, 2012]
