(1) Articles 64 through 68 and 93 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the deliberation and resolution by the Fair Trade Commission under this Act. <Amended on Dec. 29, 2020>
(2) Article 81(1), (2), (3), (6), and (9) of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to investigation, etc. of violations of this Act by the Fair Trade Commission, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu. <Amended on Dec. 29, 2020>
(3) Articles 96, 97, 98-2, and 99 through 101 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to filing objections to the dispositions made by the Fair Trade Commission pursuant to this Act, raising objections to the dispositions made by the Mayor/Do Governor to whom part of the authority has been delegated pursuant to Article 38, suspension of execution of orders requiring corrective measures, and exclusive jurisdiction over filing of lawsuits or an objection to a judgment. <Amended on Dec. 29, 2020; Feb. 6, 2024>
(4) Articles 103 through 107 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to imposing and collecting penalty surcharges under this Act. <Added on Jun. 12, 2018; Dec. 29, 2020>
