(1) No person shall eliminate, damage, alter, forge, or leak any electronic fingerprints registered with an original document certification agency or other information related thereto.
(2) No person who is, or was, an executive officer or employee of an original document certification agency, shall divulge any confidential information he or she has learned in the course of performing his or her duties.[This Article Newly Inserted on Jul. 30, 2013]
