(1) Any of the following persons shall be subject to an administrative fine not exceeding 20 million won: <Amended on Jul. 30, 2013; Feb. 20, 2024>
1. A person who has refused, interfered with, or evaded investigation or collection by the relevant public official under Article 7 (1);1-2. A person who fails to comply with an order for correction issued under Article 8 (1) without good cause;
2. A person who has failed to comply with a corrective order, in violation of Article 9-4 (5).
(2) Administrative fines under paragraph (1) shall be imposed and collected by the Commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Jun. 30, 2011>
