(1) The Commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office may pay a monetary reward to a person who files a report on a person who has conducted an act of unfair competition referred to in subparagraph 1 (a) of Article 2 (limited to cases related to registered trademarks defined in Article 2 (1) 10 of the Trademark Act) within the budget. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2016>
(2) Standards for the payment of monetary rewards for reports and the methods and procedures therefor under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Newly Inserted on Jul. 30, 2013]
