Upon receipt of a request from a person possessing trade secrets, the court may order a person who damages business reputation of a person possessing trade secrets through an intentional or negligent infringement of trade secrets, to take measures necessary to restore the business reputation in lieu of or in addition to compensation for damage under Article 11.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
